Registered Respiratory Therapist: Travel

Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist: Travel Location: Seattle, WA 98101 Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)   Pay Rate: $60/hr. on W2   Role Overview: Respiratory Therapist is either registered or certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care to provide Cardiopulmonary Services. Responsible for following protocols approved by the medical staff and department policy and procedures to provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatients and outpatients.   Key Responsibilities: Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures. Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas. Maintain patient airways and perform ventilator management. Perform insertion of arterial lines and assist with intubations. Conduct pulmonary function studies. Perform cardiac and pulmonary stress tests. Analyze and manage blood gases.   Facility Requirements: Must have NBRC RRT or CRT certification (must be attached to submission packet). Must have WA Respiratory Therapist license (must be attached to resume). Must have ACLS & BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (must be attached to the submission).
