Administer first aid and provide immediate medical care to students in case of injuries, illnesses, or emergencies that occur during school hours. Monitor and assess student health conditions, including chronic illnesses and medication administration, ensuring compliance with individual health plans and medical protocols. Conduct health screenings, such as vision and hearing tests, and maintain accurate health records for students. Provide support during field trips and school events, ensuring the availability of necessary medical care and assistance. Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols and emergency response procedures. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive medical information. Ability to assess, evaluate, and respond to student health concerns in a calm and effective manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with students, parents, and school staff.
