You will manage the staging, tracking, and load-out of all Windwalker-provided security equipment across the 41-day program, including 10 Evolv OPENGATE AI weapons detection units, handheld detectors, radios, and PPE.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Manage receipt, inventory, and staged deployment of all Windwalker security equipmentCoordinate equipment delivery with our C3 Lead and vendor contacts ahead of the on-site testing deadlineMaintain a real-time equipment tracking log from delivery through final returnIssue and recover radios, handheld detectors, PPE, and post equipment at each shiftCoordinate vehicle access and movements for resupply in compliance with BoH access protocolsWork with subcontractor logistics leads on shared equipment and access needsLead the Phase 5 equipment load-out - inventory, pack, and arrange return of all itemsFlag equipment damage or loss to the Operations Manager and arrange repair or replacementWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Minimum 3 years logistics, operations, or equipment management experiencePrior event logistics or large venue operations experience strongly preferredProficiency with inventory tracking and spreadsheet toolsStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent equipment streamPhysical ability to assist with equipment staging and loading as neededMust pass a background check before deploymentHIRING INCENTIVES:$100 employee referral bonus - available to the first 50 hires$300 completion bonus - paid upon successful completion of all assigned shiftsBENEFITS:Weekly pay - every FridayFree uniform providedFree MBTA T-Pass for the month of June$100 sign-on bonus for the first 50 hires$300 completion bonus upon successful completion of all assigned shiftsOnce-in-a-generation experience securing the FIFA Fan Festival™ Boston 2026Career development and advancement opportunities within Windwalker SecurityHOW TO APPLY:Visit /careers to apply online.Phone: (833) 505-1022 | 529 Main Street, Suite P200, Boston, MA 02129
