Rehab RN - Springdale, Arkansas

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care to provide expert inpatient rehab nursing care on the night shift. This contract position offers a 13-week duration with an ideal start date in late April, tailored for experienced RNs ready for a focused assignment in a dynamic clinical environment. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients recovering in an inpatient rehab setting. Monitor patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely during overnight hours. Respond promptly to changes in patient status, ensuring safety and comfort. Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with healthcare regulations. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse license in Arkansas or a multistate license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. At least 1 year of recent experience in an acute care setting such as inpatient rehab, medical-surgical units, ICU, progressive care, or emergency department. Must reside over 50 miles from the assigned facility. Schedule: Night shifts from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. Every other weekend required Location: This assignment is based in Springdale, Arkansas, a city known for its vibrant community and scenic landscapes in the Northwest region of the state.
