Director of Nursing

The Lodge at Rocky Mount - The Lodge at Rocky Mount is looking for a Director of Nursing who is highly motivated, dedicated and compassionate. Our goal at The Lodge is to provide the upmost quality in patient care by truly getting to know each resident as an individual. We are seeking someone with a passion to ensure each resident is receiving this individualize care. Director of Nursing Duties Oversee all clinical operations of the facility Review all patients and determine appropriate plan of care for each individual Be an advocate for all residents Improve all resident care through review and follow up Assure all documentation and care plans are accurate Must work with resident families, pharmacy, Medical Director and all consultants as well as residents Director of Nursing Qualifications This individual must be a leader and one who is able to motivate a team through example, direction and follow up Previous experience as a DON required Current RN license Long Term Care Experience Director of Nursing Benefits Competitive Wages Health, Vision & Dental 401K Retirement Plan with Compensation Company Paid Life Insurance .
