This role will focus on translating program requirements into actionable workflows, supporting provider adoption, and ensuring alignment between policy, operations, and technology.Responsibilities:Elicit and document business requirements for care coordination and rural health initiativesSupport development of workflows for provider engagement, referral management, and service deliveryAnalyze current-state vs. future-state processes for rural providers and community organizationsAssist in defining operational models for hubs, networks, and care coordination structuresCollaborate with technology teams to support system and data integration requirementsSupport stakeholder workshops and requirements validation sessionsDevelop process documentation, user stories, and functional specificationsAssist in readiness assessments and provider onboarding effortsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare, Medicaid, or public sector programsExperience with care coordination, case management, or provider operationsStrong skills in process mapping and workflow designExperience working with cross-functional teams (business, technical, and operational)Excellent communication and documentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with HIE, interoperability, or referral platforms (e.g., Unite Us)Familiarity with value-based care or APM modelsExperience in rural health or community-based service deliveryS2Tech is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
