Job Title: Sr Clinical Research Spec Job ID: 24323 Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months Pay Range: $50.00-$55.00 per Hr on W2 JOB DESCRIPTION HM's Top Needs: 3 or more years of clinical research experience with in industry sponsor. Preferred med devices. Experience with site activation activities Site management activities TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have Clinical Research industry experience experience in study start up and site activation Solid understanding of FDA regulations (21 CFR part 820) Strong site communications and management Nice To Have Experience with Audit (e.g. BIMO) Education Required: Bachelor Years Experience Required: 3 and more Will the contractor be working 40 hours a week? If not, weekly estimate? 40 hrs Work Location: Do they need to be local to any MDT office and if so where? No, it can be remote Does this person need to be on site? If so, full time or part time? TBD, based on HR requirements Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Oversees, designs, plans and develops clinical evaluation research studies. Prepares and authors protocols and patient record forms. Conducts registered and nonregistered clinical studies of products that have been determined to satisfy a medical need and/or offer a commercial potential. Oversees and interpret results of clinical investigations in preparation for new drug device or consumer application. Oversees and resolves operational aspects of clinical trials in conjunction with project teams and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), good clinical practice (GCP) and specific country regulations, and may prepare clinical trial budgets. May be responsible for clinical supply operations, site and vendor selection. SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects from design to implementation while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education (typically University). Coaches and reviews the work of lower level specialists; may manage projects / processes. Organizational Impact: May be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area. Exchange information of facts, statuses, ideas and issues to achieve objective, and influence decisionmaking. Leadership and Talent Management: May provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area. May manage projects, requiring delegation of work and review of others' work product . Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Requires a University Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
