If you want to be in the field, mentoring clinicians, solving problems in real time, and shaping a program from the ground up - keep reading.What You'll Do:Lead clinical operations for VNA of Ohio's community-based behavioral health home health programDrive census growth by building referral partnerships with hospitals, EDs, physician practices, and community organizationsEnsure compliance across CMS, CHAP, CARF, Medicaid, and state requirementsOversee quality metrics across dual frameworks - OASIS and Medicaid mental health measuresRecruit, develop, and retain behavioral health nurses, psychiatric providers, therapists, and care coordination staffSupport crisis response and escalation for patients experiencing behavioral health decompensationPartner with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, patient-centered careWhat We're Looking For:Active, unencumbered RN license in OhioBSN required; MSN or related master's preferred3-5 years of behavioral health clinical experience, including mental health and co-occurring conditions2+ years of leadership or supervisory experienceKnowledge of Medicare home health regulations, behavioral health standards, and payer requirementsHospital, ED, inpatient psych, or acute behavioral health experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with PDGM, CHAP, CARF, and Medicaid documentation standards a plusWhy VNA of Ohio:VNA of Ohio has been a trusted name in home-based care across the state for decades - and now they're expanding into community behavioral health with the same commitment to clinical excellence that built their reputation.
