Who we are La Clnica de La Raza is a community based health center committed to providing culturally appropriate high quality and accessible health care to the diverse communities of the San Francisco Bay Area Role Responsibilities Answering community questions regarding HIV statistics and information Provide basic information about HIV and the importance of getting testedProviding resources for those seeking assistance via program databases provide HIV related services resources available in the communityGoing to events to promote HIV prevention and testing attend outreach events and help promote HIV prevention and testingProviding free HIV testing kits at events and instructions of proper use Refer people interested in testing to our testing counselorsHelping efforts with SF annual AIDS Walk SF AIDS Foundation Help with coordination of the SF AIDS WalkPromoting La Clinica TRUCHA at community events across Bay Area promote La Clinica TRUCHAs HIV services at community events across the Bay AreaPlease note this is a non paid volunteer position
