In this role, you will provide outpatient therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and partner with medical providers and care teams to support the behavioral health needs of our patients. Position Summary: Responsible for providing counseling services, ensuring client access and acclimation to mental health services, providing crisis stabilization to N.E.W Community Clinic patients, and documentation/psycho-social screening support to N.E.W providers in accordance with policies and procedures of N.E.W & DHS 35 and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. What You Will Do In this role, you will: * Provide outpatient counseling and therapeutic support to individuals and families * Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans * Maintain an active therapy caseload and facilitate therapeutic groups as needed * Collaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams within an integrated care setting * Support patients in accessing community resources and additional services * Provide crisis intervention and stabilization when needed * Document services and treatment plans in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards What We Are Looking For Qualifications * Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work * Wisconsin licensure as LCSW or LPC * Experience providing psychotherapy and psychosocial assessments * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment * Commitment to providing culturally responsive care to diverse populations * Trauma-informed care experience preferred (EMDR, Brainspotting, or similar approaches a plus) * Spanish language skills a plus Why Join N.E.W.
