Blank Children's Hospital Blank Children's Hospital, a service of UnityPoint Health - Des Moines, is completely dedicated to meeting the unique health care needs of children. Blank Children's is a 108-bed environment that embraces and encourages families to be a part of their child's healing and recovery. Everything from equipment to decor is designed specifically for children. * Established team of 1 physician and 4 Advanced Practitioners * Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic with some rounding and consults in the hospital * Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access * Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination * Clinical track faculty appointment with the University of Iowa * Fully accredited CF center * Multidisciplinary CF clinic * Fully equipped flexible bronchoscopy and laryngoscopy, exercise testing, and pulmonary function lab Responsibilities * Average of 15 patients per day * Teaching and research opportunities - our residency program is fully accredited by the ACGME and offers seven categorical positions each year * Shared call amongst the providers.
