Position DescriptionElite ABA Therapy, LLC is anoutpatient behavioral health center that provides one-on-one center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children between the ages of 2 to 8 whohave been diagnosed with Autism and/or other developmental delays. We arelocated in Wilkes-Barre Twp, PA and operate year-round. Our clinic hours areMonday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. We are closed on all federalholidays and 2 floating holidays around Christmas and New Years. Elite ABA Therapy, LLCspecializes in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, whichare the most widely known evidence-based practices for teaching new skills andimproving behavior. Our goal is to optimize our clients' independence and promotesocial integration by teaching meaningful and socially significant skills inthe least restrictive environment. Our clinic is designed to simulate an EarlyIntervention-like setting, but without academic curriculum. Teaching iscompletely individualized and based on the client's needs identified in theirtreatment plan. Clients receive 1:1 individual services and are grouped with upto 5 other children to simulate a classroom. Each group of children follow adaily schedule of activities that include both individual and group dividual activities include direct instruction of skill acquisition programsspecified in the client's individualized treatment plan, such as teachingcommunication skills. Group activities include circle time, structured playgroups, and planned activities (music, arts and crafts, etc.) to work on socialskills and generalizing learned skills to group settings. The daily schedule is designed for 2 different sessions per day; the full-day program runs from 9 am to 3:30 pm., and the after-school session runs from3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Clinical DirectorService Role and Responsibilities:TheClinical Director provides strategic leadership and oversight of all clinicaloperations within the Applied Behavior Analysis center-based program while alsoproviding clinical services for a small caseload. This role ensures thedelivery of high-quality, compliant, and evidence-based care to clients, whilefostering a supportive and collaborative environment for clinical andadministrative staff. Key responsibilities include:• ClinicalImplementation of ABA Services- Billa minimum of 6 hours per day, conduct client functional behavior assessments, write treatment plans,set up client treatment goals in practice management software, conductnorm-referenced assessments (VB-MAPP) and standardized assessments (VinelandAdaptive Behavior Scales and others), design and update individualized DTTprograms for each client, review client data, review BHT/RBT session notes,write daily session notes for billable sessions, conduct monthly caregivertraining for each client, Create a clinical review for each client twice peryear .• Program Oversight-Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of ABA programs for all clientsby overseeing clinical caseloads of BCBAs and BC-ABAs via clinicalconsultations.• StaffSupervision and Development-Supervise up to 10 BHT/RBTs providing services with each client once per week, superviseup to 2 BCBA/BC-ABAs, train staff toimplement DTT programs and behavioral interventions, provide positive andcorrective feedback to all staff during supervision meetings, and conduct staff trainings as needed.Pay Rate$60 per hour Full-Time Employee Benefits: 2 weeks (80 hours) of flexible paid time off per year (employees will receive 1 week of PTO after the 90-day probationary period and then an additional week after they have worked for 6 months and do not have a probationary status resulting from a disciplinary action).$400/month QSEHRA (employer contribution toward healthcare premiums and expenses) after 90 days of employment13 paid holidays per year (11 federal and 2 floating holidays around Christmas/New Years)2% annual employer contribution to a Simple IRATuition reimbursement after 1 year of employmentAnnual performance reviews/raisesPerformance-based bonuses throughout employment Elite ABA Therapy, LLC is anequal-opportunity employer committed to a policy of equal rights and employment opportunities freefrom discrimination and harassment.
