An overnight opportunity is available for a Pharmacist specializing in sterile compounding at a rapidly expanding 503a/b compounding pharmacy located in Stafford, Texas. This position offers a 13-week temp-to-perm arrangement with a focus on high-volume prescription compounding, including GLP-1s and weight loss medications. The pharmacy has experienced significant growth, with daily script volumes increasing from approximately 6,000 to 22,000, requiring efficiency and precision during the 3rd shift. Schedule & Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Responsibilities: Prepare customized medications following prescriptions and compounding standards Maintain detailed records of formulations, ingredients, and inventory management Communicate clearly with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy team members Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure timely processing Stay updated on pharmaceutical trends and advancements in compounding techniques Qualifications & Desired Experience: Active and clear Texas Pharmacist license Minimum of 1 year experience in sterile compounding environments Familiarity with pharmacy software such as LifeFile and PK Software is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume compounding setting This position is ideal for pharmacists who thrive in dynamic, growing workplaces and have a strong attention to detail in sterile compounding practices.
