Scope includes a diverse pipeline of innovative biologics such as monoclonal antibodies, antibody drug conjugates (ADC), and other novel modalities. Responsibilities span from clinical proof of concept through transition of analytical methods and testing to commercial labs to support product launch. The team supports commercial method development, optimization, robustness, and validation. In collaboration with cross-functional partners, the team supports formulation and process development studies, tech transfer of final methods to commercial testing labs, and delivery of analytical data packages. This role will support laboratory activities and routine testing, with additional laboratory testing assigned as appropriate. Training will be provided.Key Responsibilities Support laboratory activities and routine testing Perform sample preparation, weighing, pipetting, pH measurement, and solution preparation Execute established methods and techniques independently after training Operate relevant laboratory software and instruments Maintain laboratory notebook in compliance with Good Laboratory/Manufacturing Practices (preferred) Manage multiple tasks and work within defined timelines Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or similar field/ Master & PHD is over qualified. 0 to 2 years of laboratory experience Required Skills Experience with routine laboratory activities (sample preparation, weighing, pipetting, pH measurement, solution preparation) Independent understanding and execution of established methods and techniques after training Ability to multitask and work within timelines Preferred Qualifications Ability to maintain a laboratory notebook in compliance with Good Laboratory/Manufacturing Practice.
