We believe in providing holistic and comprehensive services that include psychotherapy, medication management, and psychological testing, all within a supportive, collaborative framework.What We Are Looking For:One Behavioral is expanding and seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) to join our dynamic outpatient practice in Houston. This full-time role will involve psychological testing, team management, and direct patient care both in person and via telehealth.Key Responsibilities:- Administer psychological and neurocognitive testing, both in-person and through tele-video technology.- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral management sessions using a hybrid approach (tele-video and in-person).- Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Manage and supervise a dedicated team, overseeing department logistics and maintaining a supportive work environment.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.- Stay up-to-date with testing materials, ensuring inventory is managed and maintained.Qualifications:- Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited institution.- Experience working with adult and/or elderly populations in outpatient settings.- Strong proficiency with telehealth technology and EHR systems.- Ability to manage a team with strong organizational and leadership skills.- Experience with severe and persistent mental illness is preferred.- Must have a private, quiet space to conduct tele-video sessions from home.- Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model.What We Offer:- Competitive salary- Benefits package, including: - 401(k) with matching - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off - Professional development assistance- Opportunity to work with a team committed to professional and personal growth.Schedule:Monday to Friday, with hybrid in-person and remote work opportunities.Join us in making a difference in mental health care.
