RN Clinical Informatics Specialist

* Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and IT teams to optimize health information systems * Support and assist with the implementation, testing, and training of clinical applications and EHR upgrades * Analyze workflows and recommend system enhancements to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomes * Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clinical systems * Act as a super-user or subject matter expert for clinical IT tools * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices * Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) * Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred) * Minimum of 2 years of direct nursing experience (required) * Experience as a clinical IT super-user or subject matter expert (preferred) * Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare documentation standards * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills * Proficiency in EHR systems and clinical software applications
