A dynamic opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K-12 school district in Pottstown, PA. This contract role involves collaborating with multiple school buildings, with a primary focus on middle to high school students. The position centers on conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing or revising Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), particularly supporting the removal of PBSPs for students at higher grade levels who no longer require these interventions. Documentation of student progress and changes will be a key component, alongside close partnership with the district's behavior team and other IEP-related staff. Key Responsibilities: Conduct FBAs and assist in developing and adjusting PBSPs for students across multiple school buildings Support the removal of PBSPs for eligible students at middle and high school levels Document and track student behavioral data and changes accurately Collaborate closely with the district's behavior team and IEP staff to ensure effective behavior support Maintain compliance with all relevant special education and behavior intervention regulations Qualifications: Full Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required Experience working within K-12 school settings, preferably with middle and high school populations Strong knowledge of FBAs, PBSPs, and behavior intervention planning Ability to document and report behavioral data clearly and effectively Excellent collaboration and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams Location: Pottstown, PA (contract position) This role is available immediately until June 10, 2026.
