OPHTHALMIC SCRIBE - TEMPORARY POSITIONAssignment Start: JuneDuration: Approximately 4-6 months with the possibility of full timeTHE OPPORTUNITYOphthalmic Scribes play a key role in supporting our providers and patients. You'll accompany physicians during exams, document real-time patient interactions, and assist with testing and procedures.WHAT YOU'LL DOPrepare patient charts/EMRs and exam roomsAccurately document physician-patient interactionsTrack orders, prescriptions, and testingPerform ophthalmic testing & work up (visual acuity, tonometry, dilation, OCT, VF, etc.)Educate patients on procedures, testing, and prescriptionsAudit charts for accuracyProvide exceptional patient care and serviceWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORStrong verbal and written communication skillsOutgoing, dependable, and service-orientedCalm under pressure, adaptable to changePositive team player with a can-do attitudeKnowledge of ocular pharmacology is a plus (not required)Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.Recent Graduates are highly encouraged to applyWHO WE ARESpectrum Vision Partners (SVP) and OCLI Vision provide world-class eye care through one of the largest multi-specialty ophthalmology networks in the U.S. Our expertise covers everything from pediatric to advanced ocular care.
