Title: Locum - Physician - Radiology - Interventional Bismarck , NDDescription: Summary: CHI St. Alexius is looking for locum IR coverage. Client needs IR general (stroke capabilities are preferred but not required). The coverage is an 8 hour day, generally anywhere between 8a-4p with evening call 4p-8a, and 24 hour call on the weekends. Rates: **ALL BELOW REQUIRED**Malpractice Must be included in rates. Orientation half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour oforientation or training beyond 8 hours Daily - ***-6200 - ''Per all hours work''Daily holiday call rate - ***-*** - ''Per all hours work''On Call ***-4800 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - ***-*** - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"Call Back ***-625 Per hour ofpatient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSAterms. Holiday Call Back ***-937.50 - Per holiday hour of patient contacthours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms. Average Callback Hours: Weekday: 2.5 hours; Weekend: 1.3 hoursSchedule/Availability Requirements:Ongoing dates will be available for 2026 starting in March, possible February8a-4p with evening call 4p-8a, and 24 hour call on the weekendsFacility Location: CHI St. Alexius Bismarck Required Procedures:" Current list of procedures that our IR team performs:" Diagnostic vascular intervention Angiography venous and arterial" Therapeutic vascular intervention Angioplasty venous and arterial Stenting (venous and arterial) Thrombolytic therapy Emobolization therapy" Interventional (body, non-neuro)" Vascular access devices/PICCS" Central lines" Port a cath insertions" IVC Filters" TIPS" Aspiration/drainage procedures" Percutaneous Needle Biopsies (Above & Below diaphragm, and Bone)" Extractions (Biliary & Renal)" Abscess drainage" Thoracentesis" Paracentesis" Myelopgraphy" Pain management procedures" Perc. Transhepatic Choleangiogram" Blood patch" Joint/epidural injections" Vertebroplasty" Arthrograms" Chest tube insertion" Uterine artery embolization" Liver Y90/Tace" Gastrostomy tube insertion" Nephrostomy/ureteral stent insertion" Renal fistulograms," CryoablationPreferred but not required: Neuro (head) stroke thrombectomyEMR: EpicDeal breakers: Client needs a provider with IR general experience. Stroke capability would be secondary but must be able to perform the list of general IR procedures first.Will the provider need to be willing to read diagnostics in between IR cases? NoWhat is the avg # of procedures done in the 8 hr on-site day shift? Varies from 10-15How often should they expect call back during the weekday and weekend call shifts? VAries due to certain circumstances, normally only comes in for emergenciesWith the start date of 8/15 will temp privs be granted or is standard cred process required? Will need an ND license, will need to fill out the credentialing paperwork and enrollment paperwork prior Reason for coverage: Current locums will be taking 6 month breakTravel Preferences:Preferred Lodging: Please use the MSA Guidelines for lodgingAir Travel: Will accept traveling providers who require a flightCredentialing Information:Timeframe: 60-90 daysCredentialing with other facilities?
