*]:pointer-events-auto scroll-mt-(--header-height)"> *]:pointer-events-auto scroll-mt-[calc(var(--header-height)+min(200px,max(70px,20svh)))]">Clinical Therapist / Counselor - Substance Use Disorder Job Type: Full-Time Shift: • Monday - Friday• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' mental and physical health, substance use history, and readiness for treatmentDevelop individualized treatment plans, including education on medically assisted treatment (MAT) optionsCollaborate with medical and psychiatric teams to coordinate careReview treatment options with patients and families; partner with Treatment Navigators on aftercare planningHelp patients build coping skills and strategies necessary for long-term recoveryProvide family education and support related to addiction and behavioral disordersRefer patients to community resources such as support groups, vocational services, and social services Qualifications: Licensure (Required): Must hold a valid Maryland license or credential allowing practice in drug and alcohol counseling, including one of the following: CAC-AD, CSC-AD,LCSW, LSCW-C Preferred: LCPC, LCSW-C Experience: 1-3 years of experience in behavioral healthcare or substance abuse treatmentExperience working with culturally diverse populationsKnowledge of dual diagnosis case management and medically assisted treatment (MAT)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid Holidays401(k)Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceTraining and Education Allowance
