Description: Shift requirements include 7 AM to 3:30 PM with weekend availability required. Assist with procedures and provide diagnostic aid by conducting organ or body scans on patients. Prepare and position patients while selecting anatomic and technical parameters accurately. Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable regulations. Observe patients during procedures and report any abnormal activity. Monitor protocols and recommend updates or refinements as warranted. Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines. Perform all specialized imaging procedures, including angio and complex vascular and non-vascular interventional and therapeutic procedures, while assisting the Radiologist/PA. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory agency standards. All clinicians are required to take on-call shifts, approximately 16-18 days on-call per 6-week scheduling. DCI/BVP, BLS, and ACLS certifications are required.
