Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - South CarolinaCompany: Inspire ABA, a Finni Health companyJob Type: Part-time & Full-time options availableLocation: In-person (hybrid) - Greenville, Spartanburg, Columbia, & Charleston, SCPay: $60.00-$70.00 per hourSchedule: Flexible (morning, afternoon, and evening hours available)We're looking for BCBAs to work with our growing team in South Carolina! We have a variety of schedules available, including daytime, after school, and evening hours. We offer flexible work options, including hybrid work arrangements to enable our BCBAs to maximize time with their clients. We are a family- and BCBA-owned company that is 100% BCBA led and BCBA-driven.We collectively work to uphold our core values:Strive to do the right thing in every situationCreate an environment of safety, caring, support, and transparencyHonor the data, but focus on the peopleCreate genuine, meaningful relationshipsThe team comes firstWe are seeking collaborative BCBAs who are committed to ongoing growth and development alongside our clinical leader, a BCBA-D and licensed psychologist with 20 years of clinical experience.Responsibilities:Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIP) for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral disordersImplementing behavior plans and providing ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and modification as neededProviding direct behavior intervention services to clients in various settings, including home, school, and communityCollaborating with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the effective implementation of behavior plans and the generalization of skillsProviding training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques, data collection, and other relevant topicsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, behavior plans, and data collection sheetsParticipating in team meetings, case conferences, and other professional development opportunitiesQualifications:Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldCurrent BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis and interventionKnowledge of principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct functional assessments, develop behavior plans, and analyze dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgroundsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to professional ethics and standardsBenefits:Health, Dental and Vision insuranceFlexible schedulePaid sick timePaid time off401(k)This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
