Resident

The Biltmore Church residency program is designed to prepare you for a lifetime of faithful and fruitful ministry! It is a one-year training ground for intense discipleship and leadership development for the next generation of gospel leaders. Its aim and goal are to equip, train, and mobilize future leaders that are ready to lead gospel movements that change the world. You will gain hands-on ministry experience alongside seasoned ministry leaders who will coach you in a specific ministry area. As you engage in the residency program you will become a leader who is prepared to lead yourself, lead others, and serve the local church in a meaningful way. While at Biltmore, you'll experience dynamic worship, excellent ministry practice, and many different service opportunities that will enhance your future ministry. You will be developed and discipled. Feel free to ask questions as you need clarity.Biltmore Church Resident Program Application Process:Submit an application for review, along with resumé, and references.Interview(s) will be scheduled with the appropriate supervising staff member, and/or exec team member.After interviews are completed, reference checks will be completed.Finally, an offer is extended and a background is completed.
