Job Type: Full-time (on-site) Schedule & Setting: Monday-Thursday scheduleHours: 9 AM - 5 PM (1-hour break)No weekends, no on-callIn-person dental clinic setting Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishingConduct dental examinations and support diagnostic evaluationsUtilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile clinical environmentTake and review dental X-rays; assist in interpretation for the dentistReview and update patient documentation in compliance with HIPAA standardsSupport medical coding for procedures performed during patient visitsEducate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive dental careCollaborate with the dental team to develop individualized treatment plansMaintain accurate and organized patient records using Dentrix or similar systemsProvide supportive care for pediatric patients and ensure their comfort Requirements: Active and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Required)Knowledge of aseptic technique and dental imaging processesStrong understanding of documentation review and HIPAA complianceExperience in a dental clinic setting preferred (new graduates welcome)Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software is an advantage Benefits include: Paid time offHealth insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleFour-day work weekFestival & special-day celebrations Caseload: Approximately 8-10 patients per day
