CT Tech in Moncks Corner, SC

This opportunity is for a skilled CT Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services at a healthcare facility in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. This 10-week contract role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 2-3 on-call shifts every six weeks. The position requires flexibility to float to other nearby facilities as needed. Qualifications and Certifications: Current ARRT Radiography (R) Certification South Carolina Radiation Quality Standard Association (SCRQSA) Radiographer Certification BLS Certification through the American Heart Association Preferred: Advanced Nuclear Medicine (ANM) from AART Experience and Skills: Proficient in CT imaging and operation of CT/PET technology Ability to maintain high standards of safety and radiation quality control Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams Responsibilities: Perform CT scans following established protocols and safety guidelines Ensure accurate patient positioning and preparation Maintain imaging equipment and perform quality control checks Accurately document procedures and patient information Flexibly float to other facility locations as needed to support imaging services Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Approximately 2-3 call shifts required every six weeks Additional Details: Bedside ratio approximately 90 with 5% imaging on 16 NBO Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from the placement location Location Overview: Moncks Corner, South Carolina, is a vibrant community known for its beautiful natural surroundings and warm Southern hospitality.
