Assists in planning, development, and /or implementation of the Infection Prevention Program. Collaborates with hospital staff and related departments in the development of infection prevention policies and procedures. Essential Job Qualifications: *#Bachelors# degree in health related field required * Two years# experience in Infection Prevention preferred. #*#Certification in Infection Control (CIC) by the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology (CBIC). CIC to be obtained within one year of hire, if not certified CIC. *#Current NYS RN license. *#Computer proficiency.
