Job Title: Staff PharmacistFLSA Status: ExemptPosition Type: Full TimePay Type: SalaryPay Rate: $115,000 - $135,000Reports To: Pharmacy ManagerRole Summary: The Staff Nuclear Pharmacist will play an essential role in assisting the Pharmacy Manager efforts for the safe, effective and client-focused operation of the Nuclear Pharmacy. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Compounds, prepares and dispenses radiopharmaceuticals per physician prescriptions. Complies with all Company, State and Federal requirements for the handling and shipping of radioactive material. Follows Standard Operating Procedures while safely carrying out the responsibilities of position. Complies with all company safety standardsSupervise pharmacy operations and staff while on duty; this includes customer orders, radiopharmaceutical dispensing, deliveries, and next day set-up Maintain good customer relations, handles customer requests and complaints Assist in the maintenance of the pharmacy's radiation safety program to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.Performs other job-related duties as required by the Pharmacy Manager. Job Requirements Skills Education: For non-nuclear pharmacists, we provide an extensive training program that includes both the didactic and supervised practice hours you will need to become certified as an Authorized Nuclear Pharmacist Must have active New Jersey pharmacy license or be in the process of obtaining one Participate in rotating weekday schedule which varies from Midnight to 5:30 p.m Participate in rotating weekend and after hours emergency on-call schedulesMust possess excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
