Job DescriptionBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Pasadena, TXFLSA Status: Exempt Full-TimeSalary: $86,000-$98,000/yrThe Staff Pad has partnered with a leading behavioral health organization to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a clinic-based role in Arlington, Texas.Position OverviewThe BCBA will oversee the development and implementation of individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans while providing clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role focuses on clinical quality, client progress, and collaboration with families.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plansAnalyze client data and modify programming to ensure meaningful progressProvide clinical supervision and training to RBTsCollaborate with caregivers through parent training and ongoing communicationCreate transition and discharge plans as appropriateEnsure compliance with BACB guidelines, HIPAA, and payer requirementsComplete clinical documentation accurately and on timeParticipate in clinical meetings and interdisciplinary collaborationRequirementsMaster's degree in Behavior Analysis or related fieldActive BCBA certification (BACB)Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilitiesStrong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to work onsite during business hours; travel as neededWork EnvironmentClinic-based, fast-paced settingRegular movement throughout the centerPossible exposure to aggressive client behaviorsModerate to loud noise levels
