Compounding Pharmacist / Lab Manager

We are seeking a Compounding Pharmacist and Lab manager for a well-established independently owned compounding pharmacy committed to providing exceptional patient care through personalized service and innovative solutions, and community involvement. Here the care model focused on building long-term relationships and addressing both expressed and unexpressed patient needs with compassion and clinical excellence.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Compounding Pharmacist to lead our location in compounding operations, focusing on non-sterile and sterile compounding. This role also serves as Lab Manager, responsible for lab oversight, staff development, compliance, and provider education.Professional QualificationsActive Pharmacist License in NC (or eligibility to obtain)Experience in 503A compounding (preferred)Non-sterile compounding (capsules, creams, troches, etc.)Sterile compounding experience (preferred)Familiarity with USP , , and related state/federal regulationsClinical background in areas such as:Hormone Therapy, Wound Care, Pain Management, and Ophthalmology SolutionsLeadership and Culture FitEntrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and improvementHigh moral standards and strong work ethicCaring and compassionate toward patients and team membersExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player with a collaborative leadership styleCommitted to continuous learning and professional developmentCore Values1.
