Director of Nursing

RAM Recruiting - Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a strong, hands-on Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations within the facility. This is the top nursing leadership role in the building, responsible for overseeing all clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing nursing staff, and driving quality outcomes. We are looking for a DON who understands the skilled nursing environment and can build structure, accountability, and a strong clinical team.
