Perks Shift: Weekend wrap schedule, Friday through Monday, 6:30 p.m. - 6:30 am Weekly paycheck Pay: $25 per hour Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities Direct and coordinate activities of third‑party transportation vendors and carriers Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Transportation Department, ensuring on‑time deliveries Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to drivers and direct reports ranging from 20-40 drivers per shift Coordinate schedules, routes, equipment, yard control, and backhauls while communicating with internal departments and stores Requirements Minimum 5 years of transportation or logistics experience, preferably in food distribution, freight, or supply chain operations Strong working knowledge of DOT regulations and experience operating in a union environment Proven leadership and team‑building skills, with experience managing drivers or dispatch teams Ability to work flexible shifts and effectively manage operations during overnight and weekend schedules This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local Branch.
