Counsel patients on the use, dosage, and potential side effects of medications. Review prescriptions to ensure they are appropriate for the patient and check for potential drug interactions. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Required Qualifications: Degree: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Pharmacist License Immunization License CPR/BLS Certification COVID-19 vaccination card Travel & Local Considerations: Candidates outside a 50-mile radius qualify for travel pay.
