References must have worked with you for a combined 1 year.Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. Must have Experience with Epic charting.Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
