We're looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented professional to join this company's ERISA team as a Retirement Plan Peer Review and Technical Specialist. In this role, you'll collaborate with Plan Administrators and other team members to ensure clients' retirement plans are accurate, compliant, and aligned with their design.What You'll DoReview plan valuations and administrative projects for accuracy and compliance with ERISA regulations and plan design.Provide expert consulting and research on ERISA compliance matters for both internal teams and clients.Support the maintenance and review of plan documents, including amendments, restatements, and start-up plans.Respond to technical questions and provide guidance through our Quality Assurance inbox.Partner with Plan Administrators, Relationship Managers, and other departments to deliver training and ensure best practices.Stay ahead of legislative changes and help implement necessary compliance procedures.Why Join This Company?At this company, you'll be part of a supportive and knowledgeable team that values integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
