Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience "” talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yrThe Forehand Agency seeks a remote Outbound Sales Specialist to cultivate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth through proactive outbound telephone outreach. This role emphasizes consultative selling, accurate CRM management, and consistent achievement of activity and conversion targets within a small, collaborative team.Primary responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a thorough understanding of products, value propositions, and target markets to communicate benefits clearly to prospects.Design and execute targeted outbound outreach strategies tailored to specific financial institution profiles and decision-makers.Proactively contact prospects by phone and other approved channels to qualify opportunities and advance the sales process.Promptly follow up on and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing efforts.Conduct needs assessments, present appropriate solutions, and schedule meetings or demos with decision-makers as applicable.Maintain accurate and timely CRM records, including activity notes, opportunity stages, and required documentation.Track key performance metrics (activity, conversion rates, pipeline progression) and report results to management.Collaborate with colleagues to refine messaging, share best practices, and support overall team goals.Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory or licensing requirements relevant to the role.QualificationsLife and health insurance license, or the ability and commitment to obtain required licensure.Previous outbound sales, inside sales, or contact-center experience preferred; motivated candidates with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with proven ability to present complex concepts clearly by phone.Demonstrated ability to meet activity and conversion targets in a goal-oriented environment.Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic marketing tools; aptitude to learn new software anized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively while working remotely.Analytical aptitude for monitoring performance metrics and using data to improve results.High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus but not pensation and benefitsCommission-based compensation with performance incentives and periodic contests.Flexible scheduling and fully remote work to support work-life balance.Hands-on professional development and training, with opportunities for advancement as the agency grows.Health and wellness benefits designed to support employee well-being.Collaborative team environment with regular coaching and performance feedback.Workplace commitmentThe Forehand Agency is committed to an inclusive, professional workplace and equal opportunity employment.
