We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our reach and grow our business partnerships.Position OverviewAs a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential partners, clients, and affiliates. Your role will be key in fueling our sales and outreach pipeline through strategic prospecting and effective communication.ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential leads through online tools and platformsBuild and manage a pipeline of prospects for outreachInitiate contact via email, LinkedIn, or other channelsQualify leads and schedule meetings for business development or sales teamsMaintain accurate records of contacts and activities in CRM systemsCollaborate with marketing and content teams for aligned targetingQualificationsProven experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales supportExcellent research, written, and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similarDetail-oriented, organized, and goal-drivenComfortable working independently in a fully remote environmentKnowledge of the health & wellness industry is a plusApplication ProcessSearch on Google for "Total Shape" then go to our Jobs page from the homepage.
