Role Overview A Territory Manager is responsible for securing new business and managing a sales area independently, often remotely from Kestra main offices. The role involves consulting with a variety of clinical clients, delivering training and support, and assisting with reimbursement processes. Responsibilities Sell and support Kestra products across the assigned territory. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and performance"‘based objectives. Build and maintain strong, long"‘term relationships with healthcare professionals across various cardiology specialties. Manage a pipeline of customers and grow trusted partner relationships with key accounts. Prepare quarterly business plans and present them to Regional Sales Leadership. Ensure responsible use of budgeted expenses in accordance with Kestra policies. Attend key industry exhibits, conventions, and events as required. Coordinate patient interaction with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care team. Provide insights and timely feedback to Sales Leadership and Marketing. Manage the full"‘cycle sales process from introduction and product demonstration to training, delivery, and follow"‘up. Represent Kestra at conferences and events within the territory. Serve as a field expert on reimbursement, clinical navigation, and client issue resolution. Maintain records and sales data using CRM technology. Requirements 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience. 3+ years of outside sales experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited four"‘year college or university in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must reside in the assigned territory. Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle report. Strong business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams. Post"‘offer, must achieve credentialing for hospital system entry, including vaccination and immunization documentation, background and drug"‘screening checks, agreement to hospital policies, and completion of required online courses (HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens, Electrical/Fire Safety). Preferred Experience Experience calling Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, or Cath Lab professionals. Understanding of the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) process flow. Knowledge of the cardiac care landscape and customer decision"‘making processes. Internal candidates may be considered if they have demonstrated consistent performance and have served in a sales support role. Work Environment Fast"‘paced field role with typical noise levels of clinical settings. Extended hours may be required based on business needs.
