Recruiter / Talent Acquisition (Chicago, IL area) Location: Naperville, IL / Bolingbrook, IL area | 100K - 120K Base + Bonus + Profit Sharing + Benefits Package We are currently searching for a Recruiter in Bolingbrook, IL to join a growing Talent Acquisition team. This position is hybrid onsite 4 days and 1 day remote after 90 days. The ideal candidate will have experience in TA corporate and manufacturing industry (salaried employees). The Recruiter will be involved in every stage of the recruiting process and work on a variety of roles such as engineering, human resources, operations, management, etc... 100K -120K Base + Quarterly Bonus + Annual Profit Sharing + Benefits Package Responsibilities Managefulllifecyclerecruitmentforsalariedpositionsacrossmanufacturingbusiness. Buildandmaintainpipelinesoftoptalentforkeyroles,leveraginginternaldatabases,jobboards,socialmedia,andprofessionalnetworks. Supportemployerbrandinginitiativesandpromotethecompanyasanemployerofchoicewithinthemanufacturingindustry. Stayuptodateonlabormarkettrends,compensationbenchmarks,andbestpracticesintalentacquisition. Trackandreportrecruitingmetrics. Identifyareasofimprovementanddrivecontinuousprocessenhancements. Participateincampusrecruitingprograms,industryevents,andprofessionalassociationstoidentifypotentialcandidates. Ensurecompliancewithallfederal,state,andlocalemploymentlawsandcompanypoliciesthroughouttherecruitmentprocess. Requirements Bachelor'sdegreeinHumanResources,BusinessAdministration,orrelatedfieldpreferred. 3-7 yearsofrecruitingexperience,ideallyinmanufacturingorindustrialsettings,withafocusonsalariedemployees. Provensuccessjugglingavarietyofroles,competingdeadlinesandprioritieswhilebalancingstakeholdersneeds Strongsourcingskills,includingexperienceusingjobboards,socialmedia,employeereferrals,andnetworking. Knowledgeofapplicanttrackingsystems(ATS)andrecruitingsoftware. Excellentinterpersonal,communication,andrelationship-buildingskills. Abilitytomanagemultiplerequisitionsandprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment. Strongorganizationalskills,attentiontodetail,andabilitytodeliverresultsundertightdeadlines.
