We provide interpretations 24/7/365 with 1 hour STAT X-Ray turnaround.Job SummaryThe Veterinary Clinical Liaison (VCL) Manager is responsible for supervising the VCL Team and daily clinical workflows to ensure diagnostic imaging cases are coordinated accurately, efficiently, and within established service-level expectations. This role combines clinical expertise in veterinary teleradiology case management with operational leadership to ensure high-quality case preparation, strong client relationships with veterinary clinic partners, and consistent operational performance. The VCL Manager ensures the team maintains strict turnaround expectations, including 1-hour priority case response and 24-hour standard case delivery, while supporting quality control, staff development, and operational efficiency.Every effort has been made to ensure a complete job description.
