Clinical Education Specialist - Gastrointestinal Devices United States | Field-Based | Travel Required Join a fast-growing global MedTech company revolutionizing advanced energy in GI endoscopy. Creo Medical is expanding the U.S. clinical team and seeking a dynamic Clinical Education Specialist to support clinicians using our breakthrough electrosurgical and general GI endoscopic devices. In this role, you will be a clinical expert, educator, and trusted partner helping providers deliver better, safer, more effective patient outcomes. What You'll Do Clinical Training & Case Support Deliver world-class product education, demonstrations, and hands-on training for physicians, nurses, and endoscopy teams. Provide real-time procedural support in GI endoscopy and OR settings, serving as the clinical expert and product advocate. Coach clinicians on optimal and safe use of Creo products to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Customer Engagement & Professional Education Train new users and support existing clinicians within your assigned region. Identify ongoing training needs and deliver follow-up support to deepen proficiency and drive utilization. Lead and facilitate hands-on labs (in-vivo and ex-vivo), workshops, and educational programs for customers and internal teams. Support installation follow-ups to ensure clinical understanding and seamless integration into clinical workflow. Collaboration with Commercial Teams Partner with Directors of Market Development and Territory Managers to support product adoption and account growth. Track, monitor, and report device utilization trends to support business insights and territory strategy. Educate internal teams on clinical pathways, disease states, procedural steps, and emerging technologies in GI and OR specialties. Gather intelligence from focused accounts, procedures performed, clinician focus, product and vendor utilization. Operational & Professional Responsibilities Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and executing physician training courses and Creo employee onboarding sessions. Maintain strong product and procedural knowledge across Creo's current and future technologies. Travel across the U.S. to support clinical needs (approximately 70-80%). Key skills, behaviors, competency and experience required Relevant experience of working in medical or sales environment, as a nurse, tech, or other customer support role Experience of working in Operating Theatres or Endoscopy Suites Experience of providing clinical training at various levels An organized and methodical approach coupled with the ability to organize your own workload effectively and work with minimum supervision Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills High level of attention to detail Excellent people and presentation skills Sense of urgency - make things happen/get results Reliable Problem solving skills (ability to act on your feet) Technically minded Education and professional qualifications required Degree or experience in a nursing discipline or medical/healthcare field #J-18808-Ljbffr
