You'll be one of its most important champions.What You'll DoAs HRBP for our Chicagoland region, you'll be embedded with our clinic and regional leaders "” a trusted strategic partner, not a back-office resource. You'll spend real time in our sites, building relationships, solving problems, and developing the next generation of frontline leaders.Leadership Partnership and DevelopmentCoach clinic directors, regional leaders, and frontline supervisors on performance management, feedback conversations, and people strategy. Help emerging leaders grow into the managers their teams deserve "” leaders who embody the Growth and Teamwork at the heart of our G.R.E.A.T. Outcomes values.Retention and EngagementDig into the data "” turnover trends, engagement scores, stay interview insights "” and translate it into action. Champion recognition, culture-building, and morale initiatives that make people want to stay and grow with us.Employee Relations and ComplianceNavigate complex employee situations with professionalism and sound judgment. Advise leaders on consistent policy application, employment law, and HR best practices. In a healthcare environment, compliance isn't just procedural "” it protects our people, our patients, and our license to operate, and you'll ensure leaders understand and take that anizational Change and OnboardingSupport the integration of new hires in a rapidly growing organization. Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth onboarding experiences that set early-career employees up for success from day one.Field PresenceThis isn't a desk job. You'll travel regularly across Chicagoland clinic sites "” bringing HR to where the work actually happens.What You BringExperience and EducationYou bring 5 or more years of progressive HR experience, including 2 to 3 years in an HRBP, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations role. You have a proven track record supporting multi-site or field-based operations and a genuine passion for working with hourly and early-career workforces. Healthcare, behavioral health, or human services experience is strongly preferred, as is a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred or in progress.Skills and StrengthsYou're a coach at heart "” you build trust quickly and influence without authority. You're sharp on employment law and HR compliance, comfortable with HRIS platforms and Google Workspace, and data-literate enough to turn a retention trend into a leadership conversation.
