We're seeking a Data Engineer to join our remote team and help us solve meaningful problems with clean, scalable data solutions.What You'll DoJoin the team as a Senior-Level Data EngineerBuild and maintain robust ETL pipelines from scratchWork with large, complex datasets using Python and raw SQLUse tools like PySpark, AWS, and Databricks dailyDesign, build, and optimize high-performance data pipelines and ETL workflows in Databricks on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and process healthcare datasets, including claims, EHR, and payer-provider data.Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices to ensure data quality, lineage, and security.Deliver data solutions that drive business outcomes for enterprise clientsWhat We're Looking For7+ years of experience as a Data EngineerStrong Python and SQL skillsHands-on experience with PySpark, AWS, and Databricks8+ years of experience in data engineering, including at least 5 years hands-on with Databricks in AWS environments.Proven experience working with healthcare datasets (claims data preferred) and understanding of U.S. regulatory standards such as HIPAA.Strong foundation in SQL, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing.Familiarity with data governance and quality tools such as AWS Glue Data Catalog or Lake Formation.Fluent in English (spoken and written)Location and Work SetupThe job is 100% remote; please ensure you have a comfortable office set at your desired work location.Salary and CompensationSalary range: $60,000 - $120,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.LocationThis is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.BenefitsFlexible working hours in a remote environment.Health insurance (medical and dental) for W2 Employees.401K Contribution.A professional development fund to enhance your skills and knowledge.15 days of paid time off annually.Access to soft-skill development courses to further your career.Employment typeFull-timeSeniority levelMid-Senior levelJob functionEngineering, Information Technology, and ConsultingIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
