MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights CDP - Technical Lead / Architect10/14/2025ContractActiveJob Description:Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead / Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CDP).The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performing solutions, integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure Data Services and other platforms to drive customer engagement and data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CDP) in production environments.Design and develop scalable architectures within the Dynamics 365 tegrate Dynamics 365 with Azure Data Services, Power Platform, and marketing automation tools.Oversee data modeling, ETL processes, segmentation, and audience creation.Manage data mapping, transformation, and identity resolution processes.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and stakeholders.Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CRM/CE and data integration components.Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CDP).Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL, and customer segmentation.Experience with Azure Data Services and Power Platform integration.Proficiency in data transformation and identity resolution.Preferred QualificationsExperience with marketing automation tools and their integration with Dynamics 365. #J-18808-Ljbffr
