Investment Operations - CLOs, Bank Loans, Emerging Market Debt (JOB-032025-272825) Chicago, IllinoisMy client, a top Private Equity Asset Manager is looking for an Investment Operations Associate to join their expanding team to handle portfolio development. Our client works on a hybrid basis in downtown Chicago, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits.Responsibilities:Ensure timely and accurate trade settlements, monitor and reconcile portfolio activities like cash, transfers, and transactions.Identify and fix any issues or discrepancies quickly.Share cash and investment data with teams and stakeholders.Manage the setup and off boarding of accounts, coordinate transfers, and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.Respond to client and investment manager questions and collaborate with the team to improve processes.Suggest and implement ways to improve efficiency and automate tasks.Responsible for reconciling and approving CLO Monthly Trustee Reports and Quarterly payment waterfalls.Managing the launching and closing of CLO Warehouses.Skills:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar field.At least 1 - 8 years in asset management operations, especially in emerging market debt and non-U.S. markets.Understanding of fixed income instruments, trade settlements, and tools like Bloomberg, DTCC, or BlackRock Aladdin.Strong analytical and communication skills to resolve issues and present financial data clearly.Progress toward industry certifications like CFA or CPA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
