Antitrust Associate (3-5 yrs) - Am Law 50 Firm About the Position: Our client, a leading international law firm, has an active need for an antitrust lawyer to join its highly-regarded practice group in Chicago. This firm's Antitrust practice counsels the world's leading companies and possesses a wealth of experience navigating high-stakes antitrust litigation in a wide range of industries, including technology and communications, retail and consumer products, life sciences and healthcare, aerospace, manufacturing, entertainment and more. Highlights: Firm recognized for over two decades in Fortune's "˜100 Best Companies to Work For' Strong wellness/health initiatives Responsibilities: Assist clients on a range of antitrust matters, from complex litigation to strategic counseling Advise clients on risk in mergers and algorithmic pricing, promotional and distribution practices, as well as the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of antitrust litigation and counseling experience Experience at an Am Law 100 firm, or the Antitrust Division of the US DOJ or the FTC preferred Judicial clerkship experience is a plus HSR counseling and/or Second Request investigation experience is a plus Excellent academic credentials Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000. #J-18808-Ljbffr
