For the best candidate experience, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer 9 (or newer) are recommended.As a Project Manager, you will primarily focus on leading and overseeing installation projects to ensure their successful delivery, while also utilizing your technical expertise to provide support in the field. The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in managing projects from initiation to completion and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes?Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and oversee projects effectively.Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and adapt to various working conditions.Ability to read and understand construction documents.Willingness to utilize technical skills to provide field service support.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?Lead and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and monitor municate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.Manage project documentation, including plans, work hour budgets, and progress reports.Perform installations, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades of company products or equipment at client anize and facilitate project review meetings, providing insights for improvement.Effectively build/maintains a good working relationship with customers, resulting in high customer satisfaction levels.Identify and mitigate project risks, adapting to changes as necessary to ensure project success.Maintain accurate service records, reports, and municate professionally with clients to exceed their expectations.Provide on-site training to clients on product usage and maintenance.Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective solutions.Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex technical problems.Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols in various field environments.Specific Responsibilities:Overall ownership of Basecamp projectsEnsure completion of all to do's, regardless of individual task ownershipSubmit all site check, install, & install follow-up dispatch requests through BasecampWhen appropriate, review ES Quotes for order accuracy prior to ordering & all order acknowledgementsUpdate estimated install dates in CRMSend customer equipment install surveyArchive process within BasecampReview all uploaded site checks for quality and completenessKeep the installation hours required for install to a minimumAssist with completion of all regional inventoriesIn partnership with the ES Team, responsible for KPI of keeping Install hours as a % of EQ revenue at or below .055%Monitor equipment installation survey scores and commentsLead the weekly equipment callAssist the Field Service Manager with hiring, onboarding and training installersRecruit help from other geographies for large installsRequest return manufacturer authorizations (RMA) from manufacturersAdd Installers, Project Coordinators, IT Software & Support and Digital Dentistry associates to BasecampsCoordinate IT Software & Support and Digital Dentistry support needsTimely network evaluation completion and qualitySubmit movers forms through Portal and confirm moversSchedule install with the customer, contractor and IT providerWork with Logistics department if there are any issues with 3PL or Equipment Handler TeamEnsure the return of all warranty and non-warranty returns for each projectDo YOU Meet These Requirements?Education/Experience:Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience1-3 years: proven experience in project management and coordinationRemote Work Guidelines:An internet connection with a minimum 5mbps (5,000 kbps) speed.Adhere to break and attendance schedules as agreed upon with manager.A quiet and distraction-free working space that will adhere to ergonomics best practices.Quarterly check-in meetings with manager.Travel Requirements:Frequent travel to customer sites (daily).Occasional overnight travel required (monthly or quarterly) for install, service support or in-person training.Physical:Routine walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twistingFrequently lifting/lowering/carrying/pushing/pulling 1 to 55 pounds, occasionally lifting/lowering/carrying/pushing/pulling 56 to 100 poundsRoutine pushing, pulling, grasping and manual dexterity in the use of hands, arms and shouldersAbility to work in tight spacesFrequent traveling to customer sites (daily) and occasional use of power toolsThe minimum base pay of $76,000.00 represents the low end of the hiring salary range for applicants that meet the minimum qualifications. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The hiring range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
