Large Tier/Mid"‘Market Onboarding Manager Albi is seeking an experienced and highly organized Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding for our mid"‘market and enterprise clients. You will be the primary point of contact from contract signature through go"‘live, managing multi"‘stakeholder projects, training sessions, and change management across multiple locations. Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Responsibilities Lead onboarding for large & complex restoration businesses, ensuring a smooth transition onto the Albi platform. Serve as primary contact from contract signature to go"‘live, manage multi"‘stakeholder projects, conduct training sessions, implement change management across multiple locations. Travel up to 70"‘80% of the time to client locations in the U.S. Build client relationships, drive adoption, and ensure each customer is set up for long"‘term value.
