Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator 50-55K Position Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator Summary This position supports sales operations by processing customer orders, coordinating domestic and international shipments, managing inventory, and issuing invoices. The role also supports import logistics from Asia and ensures accurate documentation and communication with customers and internal teams. Responsibilities Verify customer orders for pricing accuracy and sales terms Issue order acknowledgements and proforma invoices Coordinate domestic shipping and import shipments from Asia Issue sales invoices and maintain accurate order documentation Maintain and reconcile inventory records on a monthly basis Verify charges from trucking companies and warehouses File ISF data and track import shipments and customs clearance Maintain records of customs entry data and logistics documents Work Location Work from HomeSchaumburg, IL Salary/Benefit $50K-Dental, Health, Vision, 401K Holidays Saturday, Sunday, Holidays Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 3-5 years of experience in importing from Asia and domestic transportation Strong math skills and data entry accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills Japanese language skills and accounting experience are preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
