Job Title: Regional Director - Residential Mortgage Lending Location: Remote Salary: $100,000 - $250,000 base + performance incentives + full benefits Job Summary We are seeking a high-impact Regional Director to lead and scale a wholesale residential mortgage operation. This individual will be responsible for driving funded loan volume, building and managing a team of Account Executives, and expanding market presence within their region. Experience with non"‘QM products is highly preferred. Job Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Recruit, hire, and onboard Wholesale Account Executives (AEs) Coach and develop the team on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and competitive positioning Lead pipeline reviews, performance management, and deal strategy sessions Build a high"‘performance, accountability"‘driven sales culture Revenue Generation & Production Own and deliver on regional funded loan volume targets Support AEs on complex or high"‘value deals to increase close rates Identify and remove bottlenecks to improve speed and efficiency Option to maintain personal production if desired Market Expansion & Partnerships Build and strengthen relationships within the mortgage broker community Expand regional footprint through networking, events, and industry engagement Identify new channels and opportunities to drive deal flow Operational Oversight Partner cross"‘functionally with processing, underwriting, and capital markets teams Ensure efficient deal flow, competitive structuring, and timely closings Monitor pipeline health, reporting accuracy, and CRM usage Ensure compliance with lending guidelines and regulatory standards Strategic Execution Execute regional growth strategies aligned with company objectives Analyze performance metrics to improve conversion rates and team productivity Provide market feedback on trends, product competitiveness, and borrower demand Qualifications 4+ years of experience in residential mortgage lending (wholesale/TPO required) 2+ years of leadership experience managing sales or origination teams Proven track record of hitting or exceeding funded loan volume targetsExperience building, recruiting, and scaling high"‘performing AE teams Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills Preferred Qualifications Existing network of mortgage brokers and/or Account Executives Strong knowledge of non"‘QM products (DSCR, Bank Statement, P&L loans, etc.) Experience launching or expanding into new markets About the Company This organization is a nationwide private lending platform specializing in non"‘QM residential mortgage products, including DSCR, bank statement, and P&L loans.
