Our DW team manages and maintains proactive monitoring solutions mainly through Utelogy, Q-SYS reflect, and Crestron Fusion.How You Will Make An ImpactAs a member of our growing team, Digital Workplace Engineer II fulfill duties including, but not limited to, the following:Create, update, and maintain custom control programming in Q-SYS and Crestron Environments with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Teams RoomsCreate, update, and maintain audio DSP configuration files primarily in Q-SYS and Biamp EnvironmentsCreate simplified user interfaces to enhance user adoptionSetup and fine tune automated camera tracking systems using ACPR and other AI enhanced platformsPerform thorough system tests and commissioning for integrated systemsPerform user acceptance testing demonstrating a working and stable systemOnsite visits to project locations (~50% travel required)Read, interpret, and modify AV System DrawingsBuild and maintain relationships with clientsMaintain and update project trackersAttend weekly project status review callsAttend client facing project scope review meetingsAttend weekly peer review meetings to scope and quote projectsWorking collaboratively with Field Project Managers, Delivery Engineers, Field Supervisors, and Design municating with end-users regarding user adoption and punch list itemsManage and maintain source code and DSP configuration files in version controlled repositories.Suitable candidates exhibit personal responsibility, accountability, and teamworkMust be able to work flexible hours as needed.What You Will Bring To The Table5-8 Years of relevant experienceStrong understanding of Microsoft Teams and Teams Room SystemsProficient in Q-SYS Designer and Lua ScriptingProficiency in Crestron Control Programming, including creating custom modulesAbility to create and modify audio DSP configuration filesIncluding setting up and managing Camera Tracking, AEC, EQ, and gain structuresStrong understanding of network-based AV distribution systemsAbility to create and understand AV system designsAbility to effectively troubleshoot complex issues (logical and analytical skills)Ability to remotely support and commission systems through field engineersAmbition/drive to learn new technologies or areas as needed for job requirementsExcellent customer service skills (external and internal clients/team members)Must be willing to collaborate and work well with other team membersEager, self-motivated, and capable of learning/understanding a complex environment quicklyPreferred Education and Additional Skills:Certifications:Microsoft Teams Room (MS-700)InfoComm CTS GeneralQ-SYS Level OneQ-SYS Control and UCI Advanced Lua ScriptingQ-SYS Vision SuiteCrestron Masters Certified ProgrammerBiamp Tesira AV Processing and Distribution - Software Programing Lvl 02CAD and Drafting skills preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to maintain deadlines for multiple tasks.Ability to interact professionally with clients, account executive, and design architects.Strong understanding of IT networking.Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Lists, Excel, Word, One Note, PowerPoint, Planner)Familiarity with Adobe Suite to create and user interface guidesWhat You Can Expect From UsWe offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive group benefits to meet the needs of you and your family, flexibility, and time off when you need it, and a casual work environment.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
